Selected costumes designed and made for Lee Yo-won as Lee Young-jin in Different Dreams, MBC's 2019 period espionage drama set in Gyeongseong, Manchuria and Shanghai under Japanese occupation. A Korean surgeon raised in a Japanese household, Young-jin becomes an undercover agent for the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea in the struggle for independence, under the codename Bluebird. The garments take that codename as their motif, drawing on the form of a bird.
